A registration is required to maintain
an actual organization of online meetings using ZOOM platform. During a registration we collect the following personal information: your full name, your affiliation and your email
(and optionally your academic position). By registering you give your explicit consent for storing and processing your personal data for the purposes of maintaining the Seminar.
Namely, we maintain a publicly available name-list of participants with their affiliations and use an email to notify about upcoming meetings and distribute ZOOM meeting data.
No other action like "user area", self data modification, etc. is provided for.
Therefore by registering you thereby give your explicit consent for receiving e-mail notifications regarding upcoming meetings and related information
(related workshops, conferences and other special events).
You can unsubscribe from all future announcements regarding the Seminar at any moment by sending a free-form e-mail preferably mentioning UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject to
qgholqi [at] mi-ras [dot] ru
This will effectively remove your registration, will make you removed from the list of the seminar participants and all your stored data will be irrevocably deleted from our databases.
Each e-mail message which we sent contains explicitly the unsubscribe instructions specified above to have you removed from the mailing list in case you wish so.
All registration are processed semi-manually. Doubts in an appropriateness of any registration may be ultimately decided by the Seminar organizers. Any registered person is counted as the seminar participant and their full name and affiliation (as specified by them during registration) appears publicly available on the Seminar web-site. We do not store e-mails specified during registration on our servers in any form.
We use a handful of essential cookies (snippets of information stored locally on your device) only to maintain a smooth registration. These are so called session cookies which identify your connection to our server during the registration process. These cookies are temporary and usually are self-destructive upon closing your browser program. Such cookies are regarded essential and thus do not require any consent to be used. We use these cookies solely as a means of identifying, logging, and preventing fake, robot-like and malicious registrations.
Sincerely,
the Organizers
